You’ll find the specific origin listed on the product page or care label. Every manufacturer we work with is selected for their quality, sustainability, and ethical standards.
Unless explicitly stated, discount codes cannot be combined. Only one code can be applied per order. If a promotion allows stacking, it will be clearly indicated in the offer terms.

4. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna for your convenience.

Orders are typically dispatched same day for orders placed by 9am AEST weekdays. Otherwise by the next day.
Please note: Orders that include an item from our Australian Wool range may not qualify for same-day despatch, as some stock is stored off-site at our dedicated wool house and may require additional time for transfer to our fulfilment centre.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer 90-day returns on all full-priced items in original condition. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is faulty. For full details, visit our Returns Policy.
Depending on the type of return (exchange, change of mind, faulty product), you may be entitled to a free return. Our customer service team will let you know if you qualify for this. If you do not qualify for free returns, we will deduct the postage fee from your refund (when applicable).
For refunds where an automatic discount has been applied - such as Buy One Get One Free or a Bedding Bundle - you will be refunded per item based on the percentage discount of the entire order.

Please note that if you choose to post the return yourself (rather than through our self-serve Returns Portal), we cannot refund for postage.
Email support@luxotic.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not issue refunds on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
