Delivery Timeframes

We offer shipping to both local and international addresses - however, please check our Sizing Guide before you order (as bedding and mattress sizes do differ depending on where you are in the world!). We ship all products from our Australian Warehouse, located in Sydney.

We aim to process orders within 24 hours, however please give us a little more time if you place an order on a weekend or during very busy periods. You will be notified every step of the way: when your order is packed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. You will also be able to track your order using an auto-generated tracking code.

Our preferred carrier is Australia Post - however in exceptional circumstances we may use another trusted sender to deliver your package. We will always use carriers that offer tracking, so you know exactly where your package is.

Import Duties & Taxes:
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes for standard delivery. Express shipping requires a physical address.

What if my package is damaged or lost?

Please contact our customer service team immediately if your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
