Design Inspiration

Inspired by the timeless elegance of Chinese blue-and-white porcelain, this design blends Eastern grace with Western expression. Delicate white peonies and blue blooms unfold on warm ochre and deep black grounds - a poetic contrast between tradition and modernity, light and shadow.

The Artist's Story

This design began as an exploration of how traditional motifs could be reimagined with a contemporary spirit. I wanted the florals to feel expressive yet composed, something that carries a sense of artistry while remaining timeless and versatile.

The most enjoyable part of this process was playing with color and scale. Subtle adjustments in hue and placement completely changed the emotion of the piece, and watching it evolve into its final harmony was deeply satisfying.

The most challenging part was refining the balance, ensuring that the pattern felt detailed but never heavy. It took many small adjustments to achieve that effortless flow. What I love most is the calm rhythm within the design, the way each bloom sits gracefully, creating a quiet elegance that feels both classic and new.

We photograph our products carefully to represent true colours as accurately as possible.

Screens can vary slightly, so we recommend also checking our customer photos for a real-life reference.

What is your return policy?
We offer 90-day returns on all full-priced items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
