Beautiful quilt cover set but check for damage before washing

The cover certainly is stunning and lights up the room. Sadly, there was a part that was frayed inside the package prior to washing (photo available) which I wasn't happy about but could not be bothered with the fuss of sending it back for a possible replacement so I have kept it. These things need to be checked before packaging and sending to customers.
